All orders are sent Recorded Delivery and require a signature. Delivery is set at £3.95 per order, no matter how much you buy! * Greetings cards and lighter products will be charged at £1.50 and these items are clearly marked with the postage cost.

We reuse boxes and packaging materials where we can to do our bit to save the planet!

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processing partners Google Checkout and Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to order, *SEE BELOW* you can just use it once and they will not store your details. We don't accept payment by cheque or postal orders. As we use a third party to process card payments (Paypal and Google Checkout) at no time do Bright Star Gifts Boutique have your card details. We do not store any personal details and never pass e-mail addresses to other companies for marketing.

When checking out, to pay using Paypal without creating an account. Choose Paypal from the payment options, and on reaching this screen, click on continue highlighted in red. You will be taken to a secure page to enter your chosen card details. |
- All orders are sent out through Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and require a signature on delivery. Items worth a significant value will be sent Special Delivery at no extra cost.
- We generally aim to dispatch orders the same day or for orders made at the weekend the next working day. Orders normally take one to two days to arrive but this is not guaranteed - please contact us if you have not received your order after fourteen days.
- We only deliver to addresses in the U.K. at this time.
- Personalised items are dispatched direct from our suppliers and will take longer due to the personalisation. We have no control over the dispatch times so please order well in advance to avoid disappointment. The exception is our personalised guest books which are created in house and are normally ready for despatch within 1 working day. They are sent second class recorded which normally takes 2 working days to arrive but this is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given if an item arrives late so please order early.
